About the Program

Our 12-month Graduate Program is designed to accelerate your career through a structured, hands-on learning experience. You’ll gain exposure across different teams, develop technical expertise, and grow as part of a new generation of tech professionals.

Through rotations across Technology and Analytics teams, you’ll work on impactful projects while building a strong foundation for your career.

Build the Skills of the Future – AI & GenAI Focus

During the program, you will:

  • Participate in specialized training designed to build GenAI capabilities
  • Work on projects related to analytics, data, and emerging AI-driven solutions
  • Develop future-ready skills including digital fluency, adaptability, and innovation
  • Gain exposure to GenAI-powered product development and analytics environments

This is your chance to shape your profile in one of the fastest-growing and most exciting areas in tech.

  • Final-year university students or recent graduates (0-2 years experience)
  • Degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar
  • Strong interest in Technology, Analytics, and GenAI
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and work in a collaborative environment
