Instructional Design Senior Analyst

Support the design, development, and maintenance of technical training content for Vertiv’s Thermal Management product lines. This role primarily focuses on content development and production based on course designs and plans created by senior Instructional Designers. The Instructional Designer will build instructor-led materials, virtual content, eLearning modules, assessments, and supporting job aids that prepare field service associates and customers for real-world performance. The position works closely with the Power Services Instructional Design team, instructors, and program manager to ensure content is accurate, aligned to standards, and delivered on schedule.
