Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business systems, with a focus on Salesforce
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Experience with Apex and Salesforce automation tools (Flows, validation rules, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across configuration, data, and integrations
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies as systems evolve
  • Experience designing solutions with usability and end-user experience in mind

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator required; Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I preferred)
  • Experience supporting Revenue or Customer Support operations
  • Experience working across multiple business applications
  • Experience configuring AI-driven customer support or sales engagement agents, including third-party platforms integrated with Salesforce or similar systems

Why This Role

You’ll play a key role in building and improving the systems that power core business operations—delivering solutions that are reliable, scalable, and intuitive for end users.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $88,000 - $110,000. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training.  This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan.
