Attendant - Stewarding
Job Description
Responsible for washing all china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans and other items used in the restaurant, kitchen and banquet department.
Responsible for breakdown of all boxes, emptying trash containers into the dumpster and cleaning all containers.
Clean walls in the kitchen as appropriate; especially in dish room area. Clean floor mats, sweeps and mop entire kitchen floor daily.
Ensure the dish machine is operating effectively and reading at the appropriate temperature.
Assist with unloading and organizing shipments.
Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management.
