Job Description
Responsibilities1 Ensure and verify that all computers are usable by users, connected to the network, and functioning normally as intended.2 Install and configure antivirus software to secure company computers3 Troubleshoot any hardware-related issues or network disruptions.4 Check and update any operating system updates and applications used by users.5 Ensure all CCTV cameras are functioning and do troubleshooting for any issues related to it.6 Ensure systems used by MCC (Radius, Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Ramco) are accessible by the team and used a responsible manner.7 Coordinate with MCC global support teams as necessary to troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to all responsibilities above.
RequirementsEducation & Job Experience1 Bachelor of Computer Education2 Minimum having 2-year experience as IT
Skills and knowledgeA General Skill1 Proficiency with Microsoft environments 2 Basic English skills3 Good communication skills4 Basic understanding of programming language conceptsB Specific Skill1 Practical understanding of computer networking principles and security.2 Practical understanding of the principles of switches, routers, and hubs3 Having capability to assemble and troubleshoot computer and server installations4 Troubleshooting Windows, Windows Server, MS Office and Azure
