Revenue Integrity Coordinator

RI Coordinator determines appropriate CDM and assigns HCPCS/CPT coding by reviewing the medical record. Verification of billing data for accuracy and completeness working with department leadership, Patient Accounting, HMS or the payor. Detailed knowledge for billing modifiers, specialized billing, regulatory information and LifePoint standards is essential. Strong knowledge of clinical documentation issues to identify revenue opportunities including coordination of educational opportunities with clinical leadership.
