
Sales Development Representative - Remote
Job Description
Two sides to this:
Outbound — We provide the data lists. You make the calls. Target of 100+ dials per day with one goal: meetings booked with the right people.
Inbound — We run email outbound campaigns that generate warm responses (people asking for more info, requesting a call, etc.). You pick these up fast, qualify them, and move them through the sales process — whether that's booking a call with a founder, sending the right materials, or handling early-stage objections yourself.
You'll cover two regions (GCC and Europe) and two core verticals (retail and e-commerce), with scope to branch into others soon.
Terms
Paid trial period to start, moving to a full-time contract on completion. Performance bonus on top for any booked meetings that convert into clients (TBA).
- Availability across Europe and GCC time zones
- Native-level English
- Multilingual a major plus — Arabic and French preferred
- Proven cold calling experience with a track record of booked meetings
- Comfortable handling warm leads and supporting the sales process beyond just booking — qualifying, following up, nudging deals forward
- Strong written communication for email and chat follow-ups
- Able to work independently, manage a pipeline, and keep clean records (notes, data, follow-ups)
- CRM experience preferred
