Job Description

Responsibilities: Evaluate vendor performance meeting contract procedure, requirement and identify improvement actions Maintain supplier service delivery to support the growth of Life, General Insurance, Individual Health and Group Medical Business Continuously review engagements which are deemed business critical leveraging on the VRF (i.e

Vendor Risk Framework) compliance requirement Host executive meetings with strategic vendors within the supplier portfolio across the organization Support in the implementation of outsourcing strategies, including onboarding and offboarding plan implementation Perform outsourcing analysis jointly with compliance, risk, procurement, security and various stakeholders Key Business Partners: Internal Stakeholders: operational teams (directors and/or managerial level), project management, production support, data analytics, IT External: Strategic suppliers Qualifications: University graduate or above 6 years of proven experience with vendor management, outsourcing contract management, insurance operations or risk management Experience in cross-functional collaboration in matrix organization Aptitude in process improvement and challenge current status-quo mindset Experience in regulated field (e.g
