Master/ Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant and having 10+ years of total experience out of which at least 4 years in technical track as either Technical Lead or Architects
Must have 10 years of overall experience with career track going from Engineering background in Mobile App Development to Program Manager
Managing multiple small to medium size projects with focus on quality deliverables.
Must have managed and delivered at least two large-scale App Development projects in the past couple of years. Ideally, using React Native, iOS, Android and AWS Platform
Must have 2+ Years' experience in managing and guiding teams with Project Management Tools on AWS DevOps or JIRA
Understanding of Mobile strategy, application-to-application integration improvement by using Microservices architecture.
Translate the components, dependencies and work breakdown into a program schedule
Manages the program schedule to meet on budget and on time delivery through day-to-day collaboration and decision making with a cross functional team including architects, developers, designers and business or subject matter representatives
Understanding of program success metrics such as velocity, capacity, financial spends, and story/defects ratio
Utilize program data and metrics to measure success, make recommendations, and drive actions
