Job Description
Warehouse Management:
• Overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products or materials.
• Implementing and optimizing warehouse processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Inventory Control:
• Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure accuracy and prevent stock shortages or overages.
• Conducting regular inventory counts, audits, and reconciliations to maintain precise inventory records.
Team Supervision:
• Leading and supervising warehouse staff, including forklift operators, material handlers, and other personnel.
• Providing guidance, training, and support to warehouse team members to ensure smooth operations.
Logistics Coordination:
• Coordinating inbound and outbound logistics activities, including scheduling deliveries, managing transportation, and optimizing routes.
• Collaborating with logistics partners, carriers, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
Safety and Compliance:
• Enforcing safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel.
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, safety standards, and company policies related to warehouse operations.
Process Improvement:
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and workflow enhancements within the warehouse.
• Implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Quality Assurance:
• Implementing quality control measures to safeguard the integrity of stored products and materials.
• Overseeing the handling, storage, and packaging of goods to maintain quality standards and prevent damage or loss.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Generating reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational KPIs.
• Maintaining accurate documentation related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
Equipment Maintenance:
• Coordinating maintenance and repair activities for warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, conveyors, and racking systems.
• Ensuring that all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
Customer Service:
• Addressing customer inquiries, order fulfillment, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Managment, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other related fields.
- Able to work 6 days/week.
- Able to work on shifts.
