What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment

Contract Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle for all Facilities category agreements, including creation, review, negotiation, execution, renewal, and closeout.
  • Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure accurate documentation, version control, and audit readiness.
  • Track contract milestones, expirations, renewals, and performance obligations.
  • Ensure all needed data for the contract that is needed for Service Channel is provided to the Facilities Management team.

Commercial & Risk Management

  • Draft and negotiate commercial terms, service levels, pricing structures, and performance metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, including service disruptions, compliance gaps, and supplier performance issues.
  • Ensure contracts comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.

Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Facilities Management to understand operational needs and translate them into contract requirements.
  • Work closely with the Category Manager for Facilities to support sourcing events, RFPs, and supplier selection processes.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for suppliers regarding contract terms, performance expectations, and issue resolution.

Performance & Compliance Oversight

  • Monitor supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitments.
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and drive corrective action plans when needed.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, sustainability, and ESG requirements within Facilities contracts.

Financial & Operational Support

  • Support cost‑saving initiatives by identifying opportunities for contract optimization, consolidation, or renegotiation.
  • Analyze spend data and contract utilization to inform category strategies and budgeting.
  • Assist in forecasting and managing contract‑related financial obligations.

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of contract management, procurement, strategic sourcing or supplier management experience
  • Experience with Facilities‑related contracts (e.g., maintenance, janitorial, HVAC, etc.).
  • Indirect procurement with a focus on optimizing spend.
  • Experience managing complex supplier relationships and large spend categories.
  • Proficiency with contract management systems and procurement platforms
  • Restaurant experience a plus
  • Service Channel or other CMMS systems experience a plus

Certifications

  • CPSM, CSCP, or similar supply chain/procurement certifications are a plus.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen.
  • Experience in contract review and terms especially terms centered around professional services.
  • Clear, confident communication with both suppliers and internal teams
  • Strong negotiation and proactive problem‑solving and issue resolution
  • A structured, organized approach to managing multiple contracts simultaneously

Environment and Working Conditions

  • Minimal travel may be required.
  • Primarily office-based with occasional travel to vendor sites, distribution centers, and restaurant locations.
  • Must be able to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods.
