Entry Level Production Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about media production and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The Production Assistant will work closely with producers, directors, and other crew members to ensure the smooth operation of all aspects of production.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up production equipment and studio spaces prior to filming or recording sessions.
• Support the production team during shoots by handling logistics and coordinating schedules.
• Manage and organize production materials, including scripts, shot lists, and props.
• Assist in monitoring production timelines to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
• Provide general administrative support, such as answering phones and responding to emails related to production.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in media production are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Basic knowledge of production equipment and terminology preferred but not required.
