Perks: Referral bonuses available, weekly pay access, and fast-track leadership opportunities.  What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities As our Janitorial Shift Supervisor, you will lead by example to keep our facility shining. In this role, you will act as the go-to Cleaning Team Lead, supervising employees and assisting the Manager to ensure the building is cleaned perfectly according to scope. Oversee your weekend crew and coordinate special cleaning tasks. Jump in and assist with general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms. Operate site golf carts safely to transport equipment and crew members. Utilize your knowledge of basic housekeeping procedures, applications, and methods. What You Bring To The Team 1–3 years of experience as a Custodial Supervisor or similar cleaning leadership role. A valid NC driver's license (must be able to drive a golf cart). Heavy-lifting capability—comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs repetitively. Knowledge of basic cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
