Job Summary
Join Our Compassionate Team! At Caring Transitions of El Paso TX, we help seniors and their families downsize, relocate, and manage estate sales with care, respect, and professionalism. We are looking for reliable, hard-working, and positive team members who enjoy hands-on work, variety, and making a real impact in people's lives. The Team Member position is responsible for providing world class service to clients while working closely with Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operated directly under the direction of the Manager-On-Duty.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assists with sorting, packing, organizing, and moving household items
- Prepare and stage homes for estate sale and online auctions
- Load, unload, and transport items safely (furniture, decor, personal belongings, etc)
- Work in teams to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Interact respectfully with clients and their families during transitional times.
- Help create welcoming, professional environment during estate sales
- Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
- Provides exceptional compassionate customer service as you safely move, pack/unpack and resettle clients household items into new home
- Our duties may be assigned as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Experience in the fields of general labor or warehouse helpful
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to interact productivity with co-workers and function well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Frequent walking and or/standing
- Stamina to lift heavy items (if necessary) repeatedly
