Construction Administrative Assistant

Job Description

The candidate for the Administrative Assistant should be organized and familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. They would work closely with their team, the field staff, and the project management staff. They should be capable of completing and understanding routine tasks, developing, and manipulating existing excel and word documents.
 

Responsibilities: 

  • Receive reports from field staff on a daily basis.
  • Filing of reports in designated job folders.
  • Review inspection report content for quality control/quality assurance. 
  • Effectively communicate with the manager team members and others as necessary to expedite information distribution across necessary parties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work both independently and as a team.
  • Must be able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Computer proficiency: Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word & Outlook
