Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and external vendors/partners to track qualification status and report progress to organization leaders.
- Act as a "go-to" technical leader with in-depth knowledge of the test methodologies, technologies, equipment and the hardware being deployed.
- Maintain and improve qualification processes while supporting career development and growth of individual team members and making hiring and talent choices.
- Conduct signal integrity focused testing of all data center products.
- Ensure high-speed interfaces and all other elements on our boards and systems meet specifications and requirements.
