Facility & Building Maintenance Technician (Skilled Trades)Build, Repair, and Keep Things Running
Are you a hands-on trades professional who takes pride in fixing, building, and maintaining facilities? We’re looking for a versatile Maintenance Technician who can jump in across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing to keep our buildings operating at their best.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for facility maintenance, repairs, and improvements:HVAC & Mechanical
Service and repair heating and A/C systems (belts, filters, compressors, refrigerant recovery, etc.)Perform ductwork and system troubleshooting
Electrical
Run and repair electrical linesReplace outlets, lighting fixtures, ballasts, and conduits
Plumbing
Repair/install toilets, faucets, piping, drains, and water heatersMaintain sewer and drainage systems
Carpentry & General Maintenance
Frame structures and build cabinets or shelvingRepair doors, locks, hinges, and structural componentsPerform roofing, gutter, and exterior repairs
Facilities & Finishing Work
Paint, drywall, ceilings, and acoustical tile installationAssist with masonry and concrete projects
Additional Responsibilities
Transport and maintain tools and equipment
Complete work orders and basic cost estimates
Support team projects and respond to urgent repair needs
What You BringRequired:
High school diploma or GED
4+ years of hands-on maintenance or trades experience
Valid driver’s license
HVAC or Plumbing certification preferred
Experience across multiple trades (electrical, mechanical, carpentry)
Work Environment & Physical DemandsThis is an active, hands-on role that keeps you moving:
Frequent lifting (50+ lbs), climbing, bending, and kneeling
Work indoors and outdoors in changing conditions (heat, cold, noise, dust, etc.)
Exposure to mechanical equipment, heights, and construction environments
Occasional overtime or non-standard hours to meet operational needs
