Leads prep cook team and provides training to co-workers on prep cook operations. Prepares and cooks food in a manner which ensures quality, appearance, and taste. Prepare meals efficiently and in a timely manner. Maintains a clean and well organized kitchen at all times. Consistently and diplomatically maintains good public relations with casino guests and employees. Performs duties in compliance with safety standards, health standards, Colorado Limited Gaming Act, and internal policies and procedures.
