
Regional Sales Manager - Benelux
Job Description
Position Summary
As Regional Sales Manager for Benelux, you'll be responsible for delivering net-new revenue against agreed targets by building and executing a new business strategy across key verticals. Healthcare will be a major focus area, alongside opportunities in Education, Public Sector, Corporate and large public venues. You'll engage end users, consultants/planners and strategic channel partners, owning opportunities from qualification through to close while maintaining accurate forecasting in the company CRM.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with end users, consultants/planners, system integrators and strategic channel partners across Benelux.
- Identify and map key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organisations; build a network that creates sustainable pipeline.
- Create and execute a targeted new business sales strategy aligned to regional revenue targets with particular focus on Healthcare.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify priority accounts, partner opportunities and routes to market.
- Build, manage and forecast a robust pipeline, maintain accurate CRM hygiene and provide clear reporting on progress and risks.
- Develop strong product knowledge across the Uniguest portfolio; confidently present the value proposition and run early-stage demonstrations with pre-sales support.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations, collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver proposals and close business.
- Attend relevant industry events and follow up leads to progress opportunities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels, both verbal and written.
- Organised and thorough approach to selling.
- Demonstrate leadership skills, integrity, and the ability to build professional trust and respect.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills; confident using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Commercially minded, goal-orientated and comfortable owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Willingness to travel within the Benelux region.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in B2B technology sales, with a proven track record of winning net-new business.
