Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, MLOps, Generative AI, NLP, and emerging AI technologies. The ideal candidate will design, develop, deploy, and scale AI solutions from experimentation to production while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Learning & AI Development
- Design, build, and optimize ML models for structured and unstructured data
- Implement supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning models
- Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning
- Translate business problems into scalable AI solutions
Generative AI & NLP
- Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, etc.)
- Build RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embeddings
- Implement NLP solutions: text classification, NER, summarization, sentiment analysis, chatbots
- Optimize LLM performance, cost, latency, and safety
MLOps & Deployment
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines (training, validation, deployment, monitoring)
- Implement CI/CD for ML models
- Use model versioning, experiment tracking, and monitoring
- Ensure model reliability, scalability, and retraining strategies
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Deploy AI solutions on Azure / AWS / GCP
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud ML services
- Optimize compute usage and cost management
Collaboration & Innovation
- Work with product, data, and engineering teams
- Mentor junior engineers and review code
- Stay updated with latest AI research, tools, and frameworks
Required Skills
Core Technical Skills
- Programming: Python (mandatory), SQL; basic Java/Scala is a plus
- ML Frameworks: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
- NLP & GenAI: Transformers, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex
- LLMs: GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral (experience with APIs and self-hosted models)
- Data: Pandas, NumPy, Spark (preferred)
MLOps & DevOps
- MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow, Airflow (any)
- CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Docker, Kubernetes
- Model monitoring and drift detection
Cloud & Platforms
- Azure ML / AWS SageMaker / GCP Vertex AI
- REST APIs, microservices architecture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise-scale AI deployments
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, security, and compliance
- Exposure to vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure AI Search)
- Experience in AI cost optimization and performance tuning
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction
- Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks
- Experience with multimodal AI (text, image, audio)
- Contributions to open-source or research publications
