Job Description
- Orchestrate the transition from manual-heavy review to AI-native ecosystems. Serve as the resident expert on current as-is state processes. Deconstruct legacy workflows and architect a to-be strategy that maximizes efficiency and scale without compromising the integrity of our safety policies.
- Navigate complex, global initiatives by unifying Product, Engineering, and Policy teams. Ensure advanced AI solutions are seamlessly integrated into high-stakes moderation workflows.
- Liaison between policy experts and technical teams. Convert complex policy nuances into scalable requirements for model training, prompt engineering, and expert labeling systems.
- Lead resource modeling and capacity planning across global teams to ensure technical and human expertise are effectively deployed to meet high-priority safety goals.
- Influence safety strategy at the executive level while managing a complex stakeholder environment, ensuring our AI-driven decisions are consistent, defensible, and aligned with our core values.
