We're looking for a dynamic, aspirational SMB Agency Partnership Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Account Management team in Korea covering the Korean market. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with high value SMB advertisement agencies in a one to many structure with the goal of activating, nurturing and growing accounts. You will establish and strengthen your client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to help shape and sell scalable solutions to grow and support SMB customers.
Responsibilities:
- Building relationships and alliances with agencies, identifying and analyzing their needs and challenges, providing training, etc
- Increasing sales of agencies, managing numbers and deals, and developing strategies and action plans.
- Planning and implementing events and other activities to encourage more agencies to use our service in the Korean market
- Discovering problems in existing operations through collaboration with other departments and team members to resolve them
- Accumulating knowledge and providing feedback to internal marketing, product, and operations departments
- Promotion and support of various projects, e.g. package drafting/sales expansion, product sales expansion, operational improvement
Minimum Qualification(s):
- At least 5 years of experience in advertising sales at advertising agencies, digital platforms, or ad tech companies.
- Tenacious negotiating skills and the ability to propose solutions from the customer's perspective.
- Experience in proposing new advertising media.
- Ability to enthusiastically collaborate and drive projects with other regions in English.
- High level of Korean proficiency and English both oral and written for business communication, organizational prowess, analytical acumen to interpret data and trends effectively, and ability to work with APAC and global partners. Preferred Qualification(s):
- Experience in sales activities for the SMB market in Korea.
- Experience in sales activities for both Performance ads and Branding ads.
