he Metcash Food Service and Convenience business includes a banner of brands that specialise in the supply to wholesale, convenience, foodservice and QSR customers across Australia. About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team in Canning Vale. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by handling enquiries, processing orders, and supporting our sales operations.

 

This is a permanent part-time position working Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (3 days per week), offering a great work-life balance.

 

In this Role

  • Manage inbound customer calls and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Process orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions
  • Maintain customer accounts and ensure data accuracy
  • Support outbound customer engagement and sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing

 

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in customer service in Foodservice or FMCG environment  
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
