Here’s a summary of the role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Research Executive to join our US Research Team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the entire research lifecycle — from survey design to reporting — while working with global colleagues and well-known clients. It’s the perfect next step if you’re excited by data, consumer insights, and want to grow your career in market research.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do

  • Coordinate and manage multiple research projects across industries, ensuring smooth operations and on-time delivery

  • Assist with survey design, scripting, and testing under tight timelines

  • Oversee fieldwork management, ensuring research specifications are met

  • Partner with data processing teams to check data quality, run tabulations, and review outputs for accuracy

  • Translate survey data into clear, insightful client reports

  • Collaborate with teammates in Mexico and the US, bringing fresh ideas and helping shape a growing, global team

What you need to get an interview

  • 1–2 years of experience (professional or academic) in market research, marketing, data analytics, or a related field

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

  • Strong analytical skills and experience reviewing or working with datasets

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the drive to learn and grow

Desired qualifications (bonus points!)

  • Basic understanding of statistics

  • Previous experience with survey programming or research tools

  • Exposure to client reporting or storytelling with data

  • Passion for consumer insights, social trends, and how data can drive business decisions
