About the Job
Truv is seeking a Deputy General Counsel to join our team. We are a group of technologists focused on delivering tangible value to our clients; we are global, remote, and apolitical. Our business is built to endure the upheavals occurring in our industry and society and we are seeing accelerating growth. The DGC will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy, leading the legal team, and protecting the company's interests. This role reports to the CFO and offers a promotion pathway to General Counsel.
Our business is inherently disruptive; we are successfully displacing large incumbents and signing deals with national institutions. In addition to meeting the below qualifications, the ideal candidate will display grit, an inclination toward first principles thinking, and a desire to succeed in the face of adversity.
