Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for service business delivery in the assigned market, achieving sales targets and related performance KPIs.
  • Manage, update, and forecast sales opportunities based on targets; maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
  • Handle contract and service processes for both internal and external customers; coordinate with customers and internal teams to identify optimal solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer procurement processes and key decision-makers; build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct customer development activities, including visits and cold calls; become familiar with company systems and operational processes.
  • Collaborate closely with front-end sales teams to promote after-sales business and establish effective cooperation mechanisms.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in service-related industries (e.g., customer service or after-sales support).
  • Strong customer service mindset and independent problem-solving skills.
  • High level of self-discipline and accuracy, with the ability to complete tasks efficiently and on time.
  • Proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and willingness to learn.
  • Team player with a customer-oriented mindset; demonstrates integrity and aligns with company values.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Good English reading and writing skills.
  • Willing to travel as required.
  • University graduation.
