Because we are growing, we are looking for a Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Commerce City, CO.

- Compensation: $60,000 - $200,000 per year (Performance-based pay with a weekly minimum!).
What You'll Do:
- Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair electrical fixtures and equipment in homes and businesses.
- Mount light fixtures/controls, and install power, control, and communications wiring (in conduit).
- Install power distribution equipment including breaker panels, transformers, disconnects, and meter sockets.
- Perform routine maintenance on existing electrical wiring and systems.
- Build strong customer relationships by explaining electrical needs and service options.
- Accurately complete invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, option sheets, and manage on-truck inventory.
- Adhere to all safety/quality codes and comply with company service standards.
- Participate actively in morning meetings, training exercises, continued education, trade shows, and retreats.
What You Bring:
- Valid Colorado Residential, Journeyman, or Master Electrician License
- Proven residential and commercial service experience highly preferred
- Working knowledge of local electrical codes, blueprints, schematics, manuals, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong work ethic, high integrity, self-starter mentality, and excellent written/verbal communication.
Physical Requirements and Work Location:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, crawl, kneel, and climb ladders/scaffolding frequently throughout the shift.
- Manual dexterity to safely handle small tools, wires, and electrical components.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment and materials (typically up to 50 lbs or more).
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (attics, crawlspaces, outdoor weather).
