Requirements:

  • Extensive regional experience – strong knowledge of the local market and established relationships with retailers, distributors and wholesalers

  • Proven track record in business development – able to open new doors while also growing existing partners

  • Commercially driven and highly motivated – individuals who are hungry, target-focused and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment

  • Able to work at pace and scale markets – balancing immediate opportunities with major retailers alongside developing smaller accounts

  • Fluent English communication skills – essential for working with our global teams

  • Comfortable managing a broad product portfolio across multiple beauty and personal care categories

  • Beauty or personal care industry experience is highly preferred
