Technical Project Lead

The Technical Project Lead is responsible for driving engineering projects for custom magnetic solutions across Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Semiconductor & Energy industries. The role translates customer requirements into technically feasible & manufacturable concepts while coordinating cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Operations, Sales & global teams. This position ensures structured execution of development projects from feasibility phase through industrialization & series release, supporting the strategic build-up of Dexter GmbH/PERMAG’s European engineering capability. Working closely with U.S. engineering experts, the Technical Project Lead contributes to knowledge transfer, engineering standards & the establishment of a scalable engineering organization in Europe.
