Job Description
- Anticipate scaling bottlenecks, software inefficiencies, or shifts in usage, improve network planning and quantitative models, simplify and standardize existing solutions, increase availability and reliability, or make data-driven optimizations and adjustments.
- Involve in reviewing production issues, and make infrastructure available to recreate production issues and verify fixes.
- Review test plans with the team, and participate in cross-functional reviews with related teams which cover test plans and test results.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the team and other Google groups on the integration of routing protocols, test strategies, and Google-specific technologies. Demonstrate the ability to optimize system-level or network-level design.
- Identify and manage project priorities and issues for network test products or releases, develop schedules and designs, and oversee designs or work of several test engineers or projects.
