Production Assistant

PS1 seeks part-time Production Assistants to work closely with members of the Program Production
and Special Events staff to support and realize PS1’s ambitious schedule of public programs, live
events, performances, talks, openings, private events, and rentals. Working cross departmentally with
the Program Production, External Affairs, Curatorial, Operations, and Visitor Engagement teams,
Production Assistants assist with the planning and execution of live events including: technical
production; stage management; sourcing and fabricating materials; management of A/V equipment,
inventory, and rentals; and hospitality, artist and client support. Production Assistants are hired on a
project-by-project, part-time basis based on MoMA PS1’s programming and event schedule and
technical needs
