Behavioral Health Mental Health Practitioner- Hours to be Reported-WeGo

The Behavioral Health Mental Health Practitioner at a beginning level of skill, using a multi-disciplinary, multi-service, and systemic approach, provides a range of office, community, and home-based clinical services to clients across the lifespan. Works with diverse staff and service population. This is a WeGo partnership role serving West Chicago families. This position works with students grades kindergarten through 12 and their families in School District 33 and School District 94, located in West Chicago, IL.
