Job Description
New Century Education are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi.
As a rapid growth business we on an exciting journey to become a leading school operator in the UAE within the next 5 years. To support our growth strategy we are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the pre operational planning and opening of our new schools.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Planning, scheduling and tracking project timelines and milestones
- Developing and delivering progress reports
- Directing and managing project development from commencement to completion
- Managing multiple projects on a daily basis and ensuring proper requirement of resources to ensure the completion of projects on time
- Effectively communicating project expectations to team members in a timely and clear manner
- Ensuring documents are updated, completed, and stored appropriately
- Chairing weekly project review meetings with key stakeholders
The successful candidate will ideally have:
A minimum 3 years’ experience working in a similar level role
Bachelor’s degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience working in a School environment
Experience of working in a government or semi-government environment
Previously worked in a fast paced, rapid growth company
