What You’ll Do

Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care tailored to each patient
Educate patients on oral-systemic health and long-term prevention strategies
Perform assessments, screenings, radiographs, and non-surgical periodontal therapy
Partner closely with doctors to co-diagnose and support comprehensive treatment plans
Build trust and lasting relationships with patients through compassionate care
Help create a positive, comfortable, and judgement-free patient experience
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow evidence-based protocols

What We’re Looking For

Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and patient education skills
A team-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude
Passion for delivering high-quality care and creating outstanding patient experiences

Monday 6:30-5, Tues - Thursday 6:30am - 4

Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
A current CPR certification

Compensation

$47-$55 per hour
