Multi-Location Home Centre Manager

The Multi-Location Home Center Manager is responsible for creating a collaborative and efficient environment that drives the success of the retail centers. Effective communication, execution, and leadership skills are crucial for team oversight and achieving overall organizational goals. This role is responsible for upholding image standards and operational excellence related to pricing, sales, margin, expense, and inventory management. The manager will establish short and mid-term strategies, goals, and objectives for the store in alignment with the strategic plan. This role oversees, coaches and develops team members and team leaders in their locations, providing day-to-day direction and guidance, including performance management, training, and development. Monitors customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
