Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate and optimize high-volume automated assembly lines, ensuring efficiency and stable production performance.
- Apply expertise in manufacturing processes including die bonding, wire bonding, soldering (IPC 610A), laser welding, and laser marking.
- Utilize production systems such as SAP (ERP) and MES / Line Management Systems to monitor and control operations.
- Drive root cause analysis to improve equipment OEE and sensor performance, collaborating with suppliers and maintenance teams.
- Lead process improvement and qualification activities (MSA, FMEA, Control Plans), manage new product introductions (NPI), and collaborate with global Process, R&D, and Lab teams.
