SWAN Permanency Specialist

As the SWAN Permanency Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for administering the process steps for child profiling, child preparation, child specific recruitment, family profiling, and finalization. This individual will be responsible for providing placement and post placement services for adoptive families in accordance with state licensure, COA, and Bethany standards.
