The Digital Product Executive supports the end‑to‑end execution of digital product initiatives across websites, direct commerce, SEO, and feature deployment, ensuring structured delivery, strong coordination, and high‑quality outcomes.
This role bridges planning and execution, helping to turn product ideas, campaigns, and improvements into live, measurable digital experiences.
Website & Commerce Execution
Support execution of product launches, campaigns, and ongoing website updates
Coordinate product listing, website content, landing pages, and navigation updates
Ensure readiness for pre‑production, staging, and production deployment
Work closely with technical and commerce teams to ensure smooth releases
SEO & Content Enablement
Execute and maintain SEO metadata, keyword optimization, and content updates
Coordinate with SEO/content specialists to ensure SEO best practices are applied
Monitor SEO‑related requirements as part of product or campaign execution
Project & Workflow Management
Receive and clarify briefs; ensure requirements are complete and actionable
Create, monitor, and close work tickets for assigned initiatives
Track progress, dependencies, risks, and timelines
Ensure quality checks happen at the right stage, not only at the end
Support reporting, documentation, and proper project closure
Collaboration & Governance
Work within defined RACI, understanding ownership and decision flow
Coordinate with business team as well as technical teams
Escalate risks or blockers early with clear context and options
Contribute to improving SOPs, templates, and ways of working
Who we’re looking for:
- Academic Background: preferable Marketing/Management, Economics/Finance or Computer Science/Statistics/Math/Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in Website & Commerce, SEO, and project management
- Excellent communication and Presentation skill, both in Bahasa and English
- Proven experience in collaboration and strategic thinking
