Job Description
- Seeking and targeting new customers and sales opportunities, initiating action plans to approach and secure new business for the Company, with a focus on AI-driven solutions and services
- Participating personally and actively in the sales process, delivering presentations to customers, developing new opportunities, and managing customers throughout the entire sales cycle
- Identifying the expectations and constraints of potential clients and ensuring that the Company’s proposals align with their business needs in the best possible way
- Driving the contract signing process and related negotiations
- Preparing and developing relevant documentation, including case studies, contracts, work orders, presentations, and other sales materials
- Ensuring a smooth transition of new accounts to the Delivery team
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the sales CRM, ensuring all relevant information is properly documented and proposals meet profitability KPIs
- Building and continuously expanding a strong network of professional connections relevant to the Company’s services
- Continuously increasing company revenue and expanding the customer base
- Analyzing relevant conferences, AI-related events, and market opportunities
- Maintaining a high level of expertise in focus domains through continuous learning
- Developing, maintaining, and strengthening long-term business relationships with the Company’s customers
- Higher education degree
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within IT/software development, with proven success in AI-related projects
- Proven track record of successfully completing complex AI proposals and formal tenders involving cross-functional teams
- Advanced English and German (both verbal and written communication, including report writing)
- Knowledge of software development processes and AI solution lifecycles
- Experience preparing proposals and presentation materials for AI-powered solutions
- Strong negotiation, business communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work accurately, stay organized, and pay attention to details
