Job Description
The Product Safety Compliance Engineer will be located within the Vertiv Corporation’s Delaware, Ohio location in the Columbus OH area. The responsibilities of this position will involve product safety compliance activities for the AC Power “LOB” line of business products. These activities include, “NPD” New Product Development, “ETO” Engineering to Order as it pertains to safety compliance. In addition, this position will also be responsible for sustaining product safety conformance for legacy products, investigation, and validation testing. This candidate must also provide guidance on relevant NEC, UL, IEC safety testing standards requirements preceding the launch of new products. This knowledge and guidance shall ensure that the product certification investigation has sufficient breadth, depth, and agency coverage.
