To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an  Warehouse & Logistics Manager located in Dongguan.

Reporting to the Senior Materials Manager, the Warehouse & Logistics Manager role is responsible for leading end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient material flow, inventory control, and on-time delivery. This role drives operational excellence, cost optimization, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with business and customer requirements.

What a typical day looks like:

• Oversee daily activities including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material handling to ensure smooth and efficient operations Establishes preventative maintenance schedules.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs (e.g., productivity, labor utilization) and implement improvements to meet budget and performance targets
• Collaborate with planning, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely material flow and order fulfillment.
• Enhance logistics processes, ensure safety compliance, and lead initiatives in cost reduction, systems improvement, and operational optimization.
• 负责仓库日常运营管理，包括收货、发运、库存管理及物料搬运，确保流程顺畅高效，并建立设备预防性维护计划。
• 维护合理库存水平，以支持生产计划及客户交付需求。
• 监控仓库关键绩效指标（如生产率、人力利用率等），并推动改进以达成预算及绩效目标。
• 与计划、生产及供应链团队紧密协作，确保物料及时供应及订单按时履行。
• 持续优化物流流程，确保安全合规，并主导降本、系统优化及运营效率提升相关项目。

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 5–8+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive operational excellence.
• Capable of analyzing data, interpreting reports, and solving complex operational issues.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and manage customer relationships.
• Good read and written English

• 具备团队管理能力，能够推动绩效提升及运营卓越。
• 具备数据分析能力，能够解读报告并解决复杂运营问题。
