Job Description
Working closely with the Group Chief People Officer, the L&D Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering a company wide learning and development framework that enables growth, enhance capability, and drive performance. The L&D Manager will work closely with HRBPs, managers and team leaders to identify training needs which foster continuous learning across the company.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust, scalable L&D strategy aligned to business goals.
- Lead the L&D function, managing learning programs from strategy to execution.
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to assess the company learning needs and design scalable solutions.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for leadership development, performance improvement, and career progression.
- Manage and coordinate external facilitators and vendors.
- Build and promote a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and talent development across all levels.
- Collaborate with HRBP to integrate learning into broader employee lifecycle initiatives.
- Stay current on trends in learning and development and technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
- Establish KPIs and success measures for all learning initiatives.
- Monitor effectiveness using data and analytics to track learning impact, engagement, ROI and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Relevant L&D Qualification.
- Proven experience in Learning and Development, within a fast-paced or highly regulated environment, ideally financial services.
- Ability to work strategically and hands-on
- Proven ability to design and implement impactful learning programs.
- Proficiency in using LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset; capable of measuring training effectiveness and reporting results.
- Excellent facilitation skills to run in-house L&D programs.
