Community Crisis Stabilization LPN (Behavioral Health Services)

The Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will offer medical support, care coordination, and rehabilitation options to those in crisis who would benefit from a diversionary level of care to stabilize and return to the community. The LPN is responsible for providing direct care and nursing care to meet identified individuals' health maintenance needs.
