Job Description
As a Raw Material Planning Analyst you are responsible for ensuring the availability and optimal management of raw materials to support uninterrupted plant operations. This role analyzes demand, coordinates with suppliers, and manages inventory levels to meet production and cost targets. The analyst serves as a key liaison between procurement, logistics, and plant operations, ensuring timely material flow and accurate forecasting.

What You Will Do
- Analyze production requirements and plan raw material needs to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinate and execute raw material orders with national and international suppliers.
- Monitor and manage inventory based on production demand, shelf life, and cost objectives.
- Develop reports and forecasts (monthly and annual) for inventory levels and material requirements.
- Communicate and escalate potential shortages or risks that could impact plant operations.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure proper documentation for domestic and international shipments.
- Track supplier performance, generate KPI dashboards, and support corrective actions.
- Partner with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock levels and material flow.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in raw material planning, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Experience working with international suppliers and import/export processes.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and inventory management tools.
