We are looking for a talented, experienced graphic designer with strong design and typography skills. The role focuses primarily on print and environmental brand design projects. As a member of our creative team, you will collaborate with designers, copy writers, art directors, and marketers on omni-channel initiatives to deliver beautiful, thoughtful, compelling design solutions that balance business goals with brand aesthetics.
A day in the life as a Designer, Brand Design - CB2...
Assist in the concept, development and execution of creative assets for direct mail, packaging and store signage.
Design and layout of postcards, multi-page booklets and marketing collateral with an editorial eye while supporting business goals and brand aesthetics.
Develop compelling signage for retail environments, ensuring continuity across all store touchpoints.
Ensure brand continuity by referencing past work and creatively adapting existing photography and assets in creative, new ways while staying within brand aesthetics.
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with designers, copy writers, art directors, and marketers on projects and omni-channel initiatives.
Translate creative briefs and strategic direction into high-quality design solutions.
Assist in the production of a variety of creative assets. Understanding of file preparation/die lines/print layouts and printing processes for print and digital applications.
Assist in maintaining your project schedules while collaborating with the production team to provide design-ready files.
Present work in weekly creative reviews and participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure project goals are met.
Prepare for and attend photo shoots, when required.
Participate in ongoing training regarding technology upgrades and new systems applicable to the position.
Potential to work in other omni-channel mediums based on project need and designer skill set.

A strong portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking, design skills, advanced typography and a history of print/signage projects.
Attention to detail with the ability to lead a project from initial concept to completion.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and correctly prioritize multiple projects.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques and materials.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with all company associates and business contacts.
Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together safely, effectively, respectfully and efficiently with all associates.
Support and model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and the company to both internal and external customers in all forms of communication. Ensure all customers are provided gracious, quick and efficient service.

Bachelor's degree in Art and Design with an emphasis in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, or a related area.
GRAPHICS (Proficiency) 3+ years
Proficient in Adobe CC Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, & Illustrator.
Love and mastery of typography required.
Store signage experience is a plus.
Figma or AI platform experience is a plus.
Illustration and photography skills are a plus
