Logistics & Planning Manager

The Logistics Manager oversees Logistics Specialists daily activities; manages all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, specifically with regards to customer satisfaction; coordinates with Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, and Shipping to stay on top of all account requirements; cultivates positive relationships with carriers, customs authorities, customers, and internal functions; and provides insight into improvement opportunities.
