Staff, Lease Administration Analyst

The Staff, Lease Administration Analyst role requires a thorough understanding of lease documents as well as integrating lease documents on behalf of The RMR Group Inc. and its subsidiaries, three publicly traded affiliated entities and a privately held fund, into a centralized database which is the foundation of reporting analysis utilized by the broader organization.   This role requires the candidate to accurately discern and abstract lease documents, as well as ensuring the financial terms of the deal are accurately represented in Yardi, the system of record, to ensure accurate reporting for the broader organization.  This role requires close coordination with various business...
