Job Description
Recruitment:
- Co-ordinate various technical institutions and mobilize suitable candidates for operation requirement (NAPS/Trainees/Contract Labour)
- Assisting in creating MPR through Workday and follow-ups to get approved.
- Job Postings – internal, external and Naukri and screening the suitable candidates for further process.
- Scheduling and coordinating for the interview process
Contract Labour Management (CLMS):
- Maintaining CLMS Portal
- Attendance Report Generation / Monitoring absenteeism
- CL wages process
Learning and Development:
- Develop trainees & Apprentices through structured training programme.
- Arranging for Training Sessions and updating in LMS module
- Collecting Training feedback and training effectiveness.
Legal Compliances
- Maintaining and Ensure 100% Statutory requirements.
- Updating compliances status in legatrix
General activites
- Raising PR and for Office & Employee related consumables
