Job Description

Recruitment:

  • Co-ordinate various technical institutions and mobilize suitable candidates for operation requirement (NAPS/Trainees/Contract Labour)
  • Assisting in creating MPR through Workday and follow-ups to get approved.
  • Job Postings – internal, external and Naukri and screening the suitable candidates for further process.
  • Scheduling and coordinating for the interview process

Contract Labour Management (CLMS):

  •  Maintaining CLMS Portal
  • Attendance Report Generation / Monitoring absenteeism
  • CL wages process

Learning and Development:

  • Develop trainees & Apprentices through structured training programme.
  • Arranging for Training Sessions and updating in LMS module
  • Collecting Training feedback and training effectiveness.

Legal Compliances

  • Maintaining and Ensure 100%  Statutory requirements.
  • Updating compliances status in legatrix

General activites

  • Raising PR and for Office & Employee related consumables
