Job Description

Maintains customer records by updating account information.

  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Upsell & Cross selling skills in the hospitality business
  • Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
  • Excellent knowledge of traveling software

Vietnamese and English Speaking, Customer Service Level 1 (native or near native quality business English)

  • Candidates with personal travel experience will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is a must.
