Job Description:

Work Schedule: 3 x 12 hour shifts, rotating weekends, 7pm-7am

Sign on Bonus: $15,000

• Conducts comprehensive patient assessments to gather health data.
• Analyzes assessment data to formulate accurate nursing diagnoses.
• Identifies expected patient outcomes based on assessment and diagnosis.
• Develops individualized care plans to achieve identified outcomes.
• Implements nursing interventions to address patient needs and achieve care plan goals.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions and patient progress towards outcomes.
• Revises care plans based on ongoing assessment and evaluation.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members in the care process.
• Documents all aspects of the nursing process accurately and timely.
• Utilizes critical thinking and clinical judgment in all phases of the nursing process.
• Ensures compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards in nursing practice.
• Engages in continuous quality improvement activities to enhance patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]

• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]


Work Experience:

• Emergency Department nursing experience [Required]

• Previous charge nurse experience [Preferred]


Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Required]

• Trauma Nurse Course Certified (TNCC) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$31.44 - $54.92
